Hand-building is an ancient pottery-making technique that involves creating forms without a pottery wheel, using the hands, fingers, and tools.

We supply materials, tools, basic instruction, and hands-on assistance. If you decide to keep the pieces you made, please notify our office and we will send you an invoice for the firing fees by email (you can pay online with a credit card). The pieces will be available for pick up 2 weeks after the class. Any unclaimed project will be discarded after 4 weeks.

You can add the "gift card" option for the class when you enroll.
Once you enroll in the class successfully, you will receive an automatic confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your spam folder if you are unable to locate the email in your primary inbox.
Try Out private sessions are by appointment only. Once enrolled we will contact you to schedule your session.

Extra Fees:

Firing Fees: 8 cents per cubic inch (the cost includes bisque firing + glazing + cone 6 firing).
Glazing /one hour session with an instructor: $70 (1-person session) $90 ( 2-person session) $110 (3-person session)
